As Founder & CEO of Circus Maximus, Ryan Kutscher spearheads strategic and innovative campaigns for established and emerging brands in B2B, Healthtech, Fintech, Food & Bev, Personal Care, and Alcohol and spirits. Brand partners include fortune 500 Proctor & Gamble, Shake Shack, Smartwater, Fireball Whiskey, Ro, Amazon Prime Video, Angry Orchard as well as unicorns like Ro, Justworks, On/Go, Aura, and others. Under his leadership, CM has received AdAge’s Small Agency of the Year 4 times, and product launch of the year for King C. Gillette.

He has been named twice on Creativity's World's Most Awarded Creative Directors, is a three-time Grand Prix winner at the Cannes Advertising Festival, has won the Grand Effie, and has been featured in the WSJ, Forbes, FastCo, and more.
